Our Process

A very brief – very brief – questionnaire gets us rolling in the process of zeroing in on your wants, dreams, and desires. Please take a few minutes to complete this form.

Once we’ve received your introduction, we’ll email you to see if you’re interested in scheduling a call, zoom, or in-person meeting with our designer and builder (not a salesman). There is no cost, nor obligation.

For a very nominal fee, we enter into a Preliminary Building Agreement in which we will perform a site visit, consult with you in designing your home, provide architectural drawings, and engage our selections coordinator to help you pick out all the interior finishes you desire such as cabinets, flooring, appliances and so forth.

Once all the elements of your dream home have been assembled, we estimate prices line by line and present it to you in a pictorially rich slide show. This is your chance to make changes and alterations to fit your preferences and budget. Once the project starts, we meet weekly by phone, if not in person, to update the cost/estimates and make any adjustments to the plan.

Once we have a plan that meets your vision, we enter into a final building agreement and get started on your dream home.
