Justin Peppers
President/CEO
Justin was raised in Cumming, Georgia, where he still resides today. He is married to his wife Jenn and they have one beautiful little girl. Justin has been building in and around the metro Altanta area since 2002. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors.

Rob Wingo
Director of Operations
Rob is originally from Texas. He served in the military at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. After his military career Rob started his own construction company in 2005 specializing in both residential and commercial work.
Rob was a bi-vocational pastor for 17 years and traveled the world serving. After completing a commercial buildout for Peppers Construction in 2017, Rob moved his business to Dawsonville, Georgia, and began working exclusively for Peppers.
Rob and his wife, Shelley, live in Dahlonega, Georgia. They enjoy spending time with their 5 kids and enjoying the outdoors while kayaking or riding their motorcycles.

Danielle Kirton
Selections Coordinator
Danielle has worked in customer service her entire adult career. She started working in the building industry more than 25 years ago and recalled, “I found a niche, a career that I was passionate about. I enjoy helping clients create their dream home. It is truly rewarding to see their vision come to life and to be a part of a complex and challenging project.”
Danielle is also grateful “to have met so many incredibly and interesting people through my career and I am thankful for the life skills these experiences have given me. I am fortunate to say I love my job.”

Terry Duschinski
Marketing Administrator
Before entering the construction industry, Terry was involved in building bodies. He directed marketing at commercial, rehabilitation and wellness equipment manufacturers, and also launched several personal training studios. After residing in Florida and Ohio, Terry and his wife, Cathy, moved to the Atlanta area to be close to grandchildren.

Gaven Wingo
Site Supervisor
Gaven grew up in North Carolina working in the construction industry alongside his father until moving to Georgia in 2018 where he joined the Peppers Construction team. He resides in Gainesville, Georgia, with his fiancé Crystal and is currently expecting a little boy this fall! When not working he spends all of his free time enjoying life with his family and two dogs – Biscuit and Diesel.

Freddy Cabrera Morales
Site Supervisor
Freddy’s family heritage traces back to Guatemala and Mexico but he grew up in Massachusetts. Freddy is bilingual and spent a great portion of his early adult life traveling which sparked his passion for the beauty of architecture. This interest led him to launching a career in the construction industry, and he has been working alongside the Peppers Construction team since 2020. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his daughter, family and friends and is an avid sports fan.
