Our Commercial Project Process

We’ll visit the site on which you wish to build or the space you plan to lease in order to identify any construction requirements the location necessitates.

We’ll confer with your design professional or suggest a choice of highly qualified architects appropriate for your project.

We’ll send the appropriate portions of your design plans to our network of reliable subcontractors and preferred vendors in order to collect cost-effective price estimates.

We’ll break down all the estimates into a detailed, line by line, total cost estimate and present this to you. This provides an opportunity for changes and alterations to fit your preferences and budget.

Once we’ve agreed on a plan and incorporated it into a contract, the building beings! We will meet weekly by phone, if not in person, to update the cost/estimates and make any adjustments to the plan.
